Shipping Policy

Delivery is available in East and West Malaysia. Confirmed orders will be shipped out from the warehouse within 1 - 3 business day(s) excluding public holidays and weekends. 

Delivery ETA (Expected Time of Arrival) are as follows:

Peninsular Malaysia: 2 – 4 working days for your order to arrive.

Sabah / Sarawak: 5 – 8 working days for your order to arrive.

Notes: Delivery to rural or remote areas may require an additional of 2 – 3 working days depending on the courier service provider. 

Delivery ETA may be changed due to unforeseen circumstances and is not under Oxballs’ responsibility.

Delivery Rate

(i) RM7 for Klang Valley area;
(ii) RM10 for whole Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia;
(iii) Free Delivery for purchase above RM 100
